Workshop day: Come play with The StoryScope!

The StoryScope was developed by the Interactive Culture Foundation: with this educational, physical and interactive installation, children (and adults!) independently create stories together on a wall or screen. By dynamically combining the old technique of shadow play with modern technology, we create a magic box with which the possibilities are endless to create, play and show stories.

By moving small wooden objects back and forth across the glass plate, the projected figures immediately come to life. By playing, telling and inventing together, children constantly develop new ideas and unique stories are created.

The possibilities with the StoryScope are endless; the existing characters can be changed, bigger, smaller, different, we can turn day into night and back again, and the players determine how the story develops. New characters can also be added based on drawings that the children make themselves.

The workshop will run continously from 10:00 AM to 16:00 AM

€2.00 for each child (parents do not have to pay). Reservation is not necessary.
