There are plenty of places to eat of course. Most locations offer the opportunity to buy food or drinks. At the Festival Center in Theater aan het Spui, the menu is specially created for the Festival. The Boterwaag on the Grote Markt has Enchanting pancakes and if you want to try Chinatown’s oriental atmospheres, try one of the restaurants on the Rabbijn Maarsenplein, near our festival center.


Staying in The Hague

For children and parents from outside The Hague who want to visit the festival, we recommend Novotel City Center ( This hotel is within walking distance of many of the festival locations.
