Visual workshop: Make something out of nothing

During this workshop you will work collectively to create a mega art installation, without classic art material but with objects from everyday life. You will do this within the exhibition of Nest 'Non Profit at all Costs' and the workshop will be inspired by the work of artist Roxette Capriles. Roxette works with all possible formats, materials and media, from clothing to video, from performance to music. 'Making something out of nothing', this idea lies at the heart of her artistic practice. So with found materials from the street, objects from €1 stores and your own brought objects you will work to create a great work of art. This will create a whole new way of looking at the world around us: to make valuable that which apparently has no value.
