Delegate Program Shipping Information
As soon as you have placed and paid for your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing the personal program components of the Delegate program you ordered and paid for. This serves as your proof of payment. Please bring this, along with your proof of identification, to the first Delegate program component you have booked. The Betovering Delegate staff member will be there to guide you and the other program participants and provide access to the various program components. Before that time, you will receive detailed information from the Betovering Delegate staff member via email.
Delegate Program Delivery Terms
Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales Delegate Program Festival De Betovering (constituted by Stichting De Betovering).
All offers, (program) announcements, notices, or other information and price quotations provided by De Betovering or by third parties are non-binding. De Betovering accepts no liability for any errors in announcements, offers, notices, or other information and price quotations made to the visitor by De Betovering and by third parties, nor for errors made during the (pre-)sale of tickets by third parties, including the so-called pre-sale outlets.
If requested to do so, the visitor is at all times obliged to show his/her admission ticket and any card entitling him/her to a discount on this admission ticket to officials of De Betovering and participating venues identifiable as such. The admission ticket must in any case be shown upon entry to the venue where the performance takes place.
For cancellations made less than two weeks in advance, we regret that we cannot refund ordered tickets, even in cases of force majeure. However, we can process cancellations for food and taxis up to 24 hours before the start and refund the associated costs. Named tickets for the Delegate program can be transferred to another professional in the field by the purchaser, subject to approval from De Betovering. The visitor is entitled to a refund of the full purchase price of that specific performance (or, if desired, available tickets for another performance) only if the performance is cancelled by De Betovering. De Betovering reserves the right to cancel performances no later than the start time. If a performance is cancelled, De Betovering will, if possible, personally inform the visitor as soon as possible via email or telephone.
Privacy
The contact details you provided with your order for the Delegate program will not be made available to third parties. They are used by De Betovering to inform you about details of this year's Delegate program, and to notify you next year if a Delegate program is held then as well. If you do not wish to receive an announcement next year, please let us know. Your contact details will then be removed from our database within one month after the festival has ended.
