Workshop: Speel mee in een echt orkest 5+

Have you always wanted to know what it is like to make music together in a real orchestra? During Festival De Betovering in The Hague, Vereniging Hofstads Jeugdorkest is organizing cheerful, interactive workshops for curious young musicians!

We play percussion instruments and boomwhackers together, learn a short piece of music, and discover how an orchestra sounds and works together. In a playful way, you are introduced to orchestral music and eventually play along with musicians from the Hofstads Youth Orchestra.

The workshops are led by Sanneke Hendrich, conductor of the Hofstads Jeugdorkest and music teacher at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
