KLABAM! Welcome to Professor BOOM and her bouncing stuntman. He seems to be made of rubber! Fearlessly, he crashes and smashes into everything. Helmet on and go! Do you dare join? Professor BOOM is brilliant and bonkers: in her crash lab, she devises the wildest experiments. And our Stuntman? He performs them all. Right before your eyes. POING! KABOOM! CRASH! But then things go wrong. One test too many… and Stuntman turns from rubber into glass. PING! His head, arms, legs, even his hair: everything is fragile. CRACK! Suddenly, he is no longer a stuntman. He is Clumsy Man. Can’t do anything anymore. Doesn’t dare do anything anymore. In the most cautious voyage of discovery ever, Clumsy Man and Professor BOOM search for answers together. SHHH… How do you test the world when you are afraid of every blow? Who are you anymore when you can’t do anything of what you used to be able to do? And can fragility also be a strength? An adventurous, adrenaline-filled musical theatre performance for all bunglers, big and small – about vulnerability, courage, and the strength to start over.

Accessibility

This location is wheelchair accessible and an adapted toilet is available. There are special seating areas for wheelchairs and companions, as well as for people with visual or auditory impairments. During *De Betovering*, a puppet quiet room has been created where children who are sensitive to stimuli can briefly withdraw from the hustle and bustle. Please ask about this upon arrival. If you are coming, please send an email to service@hnt.nl. We have reserved seats in the auditorium where you can best see, hear, and experience the performance. The more we know about your specific wishes, the better we can respond to them. Please indicate in your email whether you would like to make use of the provided aids or introduction, or if you are arriving in a wheelchair, for example, and what the size of the wheelchair is.

Attendance at a performance is supervised: children and their parents or guardians purchase tickets.
