At art space Nest, you can participate in an art workshop with artist Elena Rosa and guitarist Filipe Oliveira on Sunday, October 18, from 11:30 to 13:00.
During the Art to Music , Elena teaches you how to paint a clay base. Then, you glue and shape clay figures onto the work. In this way, step by step, you create a work of art that matches the music you hear.
Meanwhile, you listen to classical guitar music by Filipe. What forms suit soft music? And what happens to your artwork when the music actually speeds up?
Many artists are inspired by music, and musicians by art. This is also the case with Elena and Filipe.
In this workshop at Nest, you will discover how music can transform into a work of art.
