'Roukaskass' is a cheerful, humorous African dance performance with live music and all kinds of recognizable sick beats. The dancers, known from Africa's Got Talent, talk about the origins of the Roukaskass dance through dance, music and acrobatic arts. It is the story of the past and present; from the migration from the villages to the big city, from traditional dance and music to contemporary dance and music; break dancing, hip hop and pop music. The performance shows that our cultural past plays an important role in today's dance and music, that this past is within us and can be seen in today's dance and music.
