Pop-up festival Betovering-buiten: Chopinstraat 3+

This year we’re travelling through gardens and squares in Escamp, Schilderswijk, Loosduinen, and Mariahoeve with a super fun pop-up festival! There’s something exciting for all children aged 3 and up — you can join in, watch, and listen! Come along to one of the festive locations. Admission is free!

Wednesday 22 October – Chopinstraat

Get ready for flying balls in the performance Wonderland!
Discover the strangest and funniest sounds in Freek + Eric’s Sound Factory, or build your favourite fantasy creatures out of wood. Enjoy storytelling sessions from the library, and with visual artist Mourad Aouragh, you can create your own neighbourhood artwork, pimp your bike, and enjoy some Neighbourhood Lemonade!

Times:

• Wonderland performance: 13:30 and 15:00

• Sound Factory workshops: every hour

• Neighbourhood artwork & bike pimping with Mourad: ongoing

• Wooden animal crafting workshop: ongoing

• Storytelling sessions: 12:30, 13:15, and 14:30

Betovering-buiten is organised in collaboration with Haag Wonen, Staedion, Hof Wonen, Theater Dakota, Theater De Vaillant, Loosduinen Library, Podium Noord, neighbourhood organisations, local initiatives, and artists. Thanks to their (financial) support and the use of the locations, Betovering-buiten is free for all children in the neighbourhood.
