Outdoor: Kick-off Spuiplein

About a hundred classes take part in the Cultural Games during the last school week before the autumn holidays: a festive creative day for primary schools in The Hague. This year the classes are working together with Theater Company BonteHond, Lotte Verweij Art Education and 'Aan Tafel Junior'. A number of children take an extra step: they open the Spuiplein with their project during De Betovering.

Did your school not participate? No worries! You are also invited to join the opening on the Spuiplein.  We have a great fun FREE program waiting for you:

• From 13:00h: come and have a look and join Aan Tafel Junior! Every child has a cinema in his or her head. Everything that takes place here is translated by the children themselves into sound, images.
• From 14:00h: the terrible food monster of Lotte Verweij Art Education is present on the Spuiplein. You can make a plate with 'disgusting' food there in collage form. During the workshop, the collage turns into your food enemy: a monster made of vegetables!  From 14:00 on display at the Spuiplein

TIP: BonteHond invites you on another day, on Tuesday 25 October at 13:00h in the foyer of Theater aan het Spui. Come and discover the (dis)taste of grown-ups together with them. This activity is free. Afterwards you can watch their show 90's vs 20's. You have to buy a ticket for this.
