You know them, those people who say you just need to think ‘out of the box’. But ‘the box’ has quite a few different meanings: from a 'baby parking spot' to a world-dominating conspiracy, from being comfortably in your comfort zone to a cage fight. So what does ‘the box’ actually mean to different people?

A group of people meets in a confined space - a life-sized box you can look into from all sides. Athletic dance, visual stillness, and acrobatics, both inside and ‘out of the box’, tumble over you. Would you help someone who wants to get into the box, stop them, or just watch? Does that boy standing over there belong to the performance or not? Do you want to step into the box yourself?
